Currently, the suburb park is located on Throsby Creek north-eastern end of Beaumont Street, formerly known as the Antique district of Newcastle. It is served by bus services as a mode of transport that are operated by the Newcastle Ferries and Buses that ply the routes 101,100,108 and 103 respectively.
